Dr. Verkhovsky is a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist with Arizona Digestive Health in Glendale. He is extensively trained in diagnosing and managing a broad range of gastrointestinal and liver diseases. He performs upper endoscopies and colonoscopies in the diagnosis, screening, surveillance and routine therapeutics of gastrointestinal diseases and cancers. In addition to having subspecialized training during his general fellowship in all major aspects of gastrointestinal and liver disease, he also underwent additional focused training through the motility society in irritable bowel, reflux, swallowing and defecatory diseases. He is fluent in English and Russian. He is a member in multiple national GI societies including American College of Gastroenterology and American Gastroenterological Association.
