Check in was easy. People were friendly. My nurse that checked me in did a great job. The nurse in charge that day seemed like an Atilla. She said nothing positive to the nurses working that day. I’m an RN. I know what’s happening. Post procedure. I was freezing. I told the nurse checking me out I was sooooo cold. I asked for a blanket x 2. My teeth were chattering. She told me patients are only allowed 1 warm blanket. And I guess the one they had given me when I checked in was my one allowed I will never use this facility again.
Staff is friendly and everyone helps you feel comfortable and safe!
